Where most people struggle to figure out what exercises to do and how to do them correctly. A professional coach teaches you the right exercises, with the correct form and to what degree of intensity you should do them to get results!
A personal trainer that comes to you saves you so much time too! Where you may struggle to be consistent in your routine and continuously struggling to see results. A personal trainer that comes to you creates a consistent routine that is much easier to fit into your schedule! Instead of driving to the gym, figuring out what machine is available for you to use, doing a workout that may or may not be the correct one and then driving back home. A personal trainer takes on that burden of time and lets you get results and save your time for more important things.
Do I have to have equipment?
If you have a home gym that is a plus! But you don't have to have equipment to work with an efficient personal trainer. Based on your goals and abilities, we bring what you need for each one of your workouts. As you grow in your fitness or as the plan changes, we will change the equipment we use and bring.
You also don't have to have a gym at home to be able to work out. The workouts are all held at a convenient location that may or may not be at home. Maybe you do not have the space to work out or would prefer to work out at the beach or local park. Your efficient personal trainer will meet you wherever is convenient or necessary.

Working with a personal trainer is not just about a coach who takes you through a workout routine. Your coach will be part of your life to a certain degree. They will see you a few times a week and get to know you as a person in the process.
